You can only use this service for the purpose of your own internal operation, and you shall not use this service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to not providing this service or any part of it to any third party in any way for profit or non-profit purposes, and not using this service to engage in any illegal or infringing intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests of third parties.
In the process of using this service, you shall abide by all applicable laws and regulations, this agreement and business rules, and shall not commit any illegal acts, violations of this agreement or violations of the legitimate rights and interests of third parties; You should bear corresponding legal responsibilities for all actions under your account.

The charging method of this service is prepaid and monthly/annual deduction. If this service is suspended or terminated within the service period due to reasons other than Yu 'ao, the paid fees will not be refunded. Yuao will not refund the unused monthly fee, annual fee, upgrade/downgrade package, or the unused remaining period in the service plan. In order to ensure that every user is treated fairly, there are no exceptions.
All fees are excluding tax, and you should pay and bear all and any taxes.
Service degradation may result in the loss of content, functions, features or capabilities under your account. You clearly know and agree with the above changes and risks, and Yu 'ao will not bear any responsibility for any losses arising therefrom.
You can only apply for account cancellation by email. You must cancel your account according to the above regulations and be responsible for the cancellation of your account.
Once your account is cancelled, all contents in this service will be deleted immediately, and these contents and any information will not be recovered.
If you cancel the service before the expiration of the paid service period, your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged a follow-up fee, and the paid fees for the remaining service period will not be refunded.
If you violate any provision of this agreement, any business rules or applicable laws and regulations, or any third-party infringement complaint occurs, Yu 'ao will have the right to restrict or ban your account number on this website, suspend or terminate some or all functions of providing services, and have the right to claim compensation for all losses caused to Yu 'ao. In addition, Yu 'ao will have the right to suspend or terminate your account or refuse to provide any/all present or future services at any time for any reason. In case of termination of providing you with a fee-based service due to Yu 'ao, Yu 'ao's obligation is only to refund you part of the expenses corresponding to the unused service period.
Termination of this service will result in termination and deletion of your account and all contents and information in it.

You shall not express or imply in any way that any website or service owned or operated by you or other than YU Ao has any connection with YU Ao.

The limit was set when compensating for the loss, because Yu 'ao could not foresee your loss when entering into this agreement; If your loss may exceed the compensation limit, you should inform Yu 'ao in writing before signing this agreement, and negotiate with Yu 'ao separately to determine the service price according to the risk.
You agree not to copy, sell, resell or otherwise provide this service or any part thereof to a third party without the express written permission of Yu 'ao.
If your bandwidth utilization rate is significantly higher than the average bandwidth, or Yu 'ao thinks that you occupy the resources of other Yu 'ao customers, Yu 'ao will reserve the right to immediately disable the account or terminate the hosting of your project until you reduce your bandwidth consumption to a level that Yu 'ao thinks is reasonable.
All notices sent by Yu 'ao to you under this agreement can be sent in any of the following ways: (1) by push notice, mail, announcement of discussion area, announcement of the whole station, etc.; (2) Send an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by Yu 'ao when registering with you or changing your information afterwards (sending is deemed as delivery).
Yu 'ao's failure or delay in exercising any rights, powers or privileges stipulated in this Agreement shall not be deemed as abandonment, and the exercise of any single or partial rights, powers or privileges shall not exclude any other or further exercise of rights, powers or privileges or the exercise of any other rights, powers or privileges under this Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Yu 'ao and supersedes any previous agreements between you and Yu 'ao (including but not limited to any previous versions of this Agreement).
The interpretation and application of this Agreement shall be in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes related to this Agreement shall be under the jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction in the place where Yu 'ao is located.
